I. General concepts

  • Statute – These Regulations
  • Service – The “Truck Data Ltd” website, operating at https://truck.pandahost.pl
  • Service Provider – The “Truck Data Ltd” company with the address of the headquarters: 20 Highbury Place, Bramley, Leeds, England, LS13 4PW, Company Number: 16369695,
  • Service Recipient – every natural person, gaining access to the Website and uses the services provided through the Website by the Service Provider.
  • Electronic communication-communication between websites via e-mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.

II. General provisions

  • Regulations, specify the rules for the operation and use of the Website and specifies the scope of rights and obligations of the Service Recipients and Service Provider related to the use of the Website.
  • The subject of the Service Provider is to provide free tools in the form of a website, enabling customers to access content in the form of entries, articles and audiovisual materials or internet applications and electronic forms
  • All possible content, articles and information containing the features of tips or advice published in the website are only a general set of information and are not addressed to individual recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for the use of them by the Service Recipients.

  • The Service Provider is not liable for any damage suffered by the Website or third parties in connection with the use of the Website. III. Conditions for using the website

  • In order to ensure the security of the Service Provider, Service Recipient and other Service Recipients using the Website, all service recipients using the Website should apply to generally accepted network security rules,
  • Actions performed personally by the Service Recipients or using Mergamy are forbidden:

IV. Registration conditions and rules

  • Service recipients can use the Website without registration.
  • The Service Recipients must be registered and have an account on the Website to use additional services provided on the Website, available only to the Service Recipients after logging in.
  • Registration on the website is voluntary.
  • Registration on the Website is free.
  • Each Service Recipient can have only one account on the Website.
  • Technical requirements related to account registration:
    • having an individual e-mail account, e-mail,
  • Registration on the service of the Service Recipients consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Recipient to the extent to which they were introduced into the Website during the registration process and their subsequent changes or removal.
  • The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete the accounts of recipients at their own discretion, preventing or limiting access to individual or all services, content, materials and resources of the Website, in particular if the Service Recipient committing the Regulations, generally applicable law, the principles of social coexistence or act to the detriment of the Service Provider or other service recipients, the legitimate interest of the Service Provider and third parties cooperating or not with the Service Provider.
  • Any service services can be changed as to their content and scope, added or subtracted, as well as temporarily suspended or access to them may be limited, according to the service provider’s free decision, without the possibility of objecting in this respect by the Service Recipients.
  • Additional safety rules for using the account:

    • The Service Provider has no right and will never request a password from the Service Recipient to the selected account.
  • Account deletion:
    • Each service recipient with an account on the Website has the option of deleting the account from the Website himself.
    • Customers can do this after logging in to the panel on the website.
    • Deleting the account results in deletion of all identification data of the Service Recipient and the anonymization of the username and e-mail address.

V. Conditions for providing the Newsletter service

  • Customers can use the Website without having to sign up for the newsletter.
  • Signing up the newsletter service is voluntary.
  • Enrolling in the newsletter service is free.

    • Notification of promotional campaigns of website partners (marketing messages),
  • Understanding from the Newsletter service:
    • Each Service Recipient enrolled in the Newsletter service has the ability to unsubscribe from the service.
    • Customers can do this through a link placed in each e-mail sent.
    • Understanding from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the e-mail address provided from the service provider’s database.

VI. Conditions of communication and providing other services on the Website

  • The Website provides services and tools enabling customers to interact with the website in the form of:

    • Commenting on entries and articles

  • In the case of contact of the Service Recipient with the Service Provider, the personal data of the Service Recipients will be processed in accordance with the “Privacy Policy“, which is an integral part of the Regulations.
  • Conditions for placing content by the Service Recipients on the Website:
    • It is forbidden to place offensive or slander content against the Service Provider, other service recipients, third parties and third parties,
    • It is forbidden to place textbooks, graphic, audiovisual, scripts, programs and other works on the service of textbooks, for which the recipient does not have a license, or whose property rights author did not agree to free publication,
    • It is forbidden to place vulgar, pornographic, erotic and incompatible with Polish and European law as well as links to pages containing the indicated content,
    • It is forbidden to place scripts and programs excessively burdening the server, illegal software, software for violating security and other similar actions as well as links to pages containing the indicated materials,
    • It is forbidden to place on the service of merketing content and advertising other commercial websites, products, services and commercial websites

VII. Collecting data on Service Recipients

In order to properly provide services by the Website, secure the legal interest of the Service Provider and in order to ensure compliance of the Website with applicable law, the Service Provider through the Website collects and processes some data about Users.

In order to properly provide services, the website uses and records some anonymous information about the Service Recipient in cookies.

The scope, purposes, method and principles of data processing are available in the attachments to the regulations: “Information obligation of the GDPR” and in the “Privacy Policy“, constituting an integral part of the regulations.

  • Automatically collected data: For the efficient operation of the Website and for statistics, we automatically collect some data on the Service Recipient. These data include:

    • Approximate location
    • Open service subpages
    • Time spent on the appropriate site of the website
    • Type of operating system

    The above data is obtained through the Google Analytics script and are anonymous.

  • Data collected during registration: Username, name and surname, e-mail address

    In the case of recipients logged in (having an account on the Website), the Customer ID related to the Service Recipient’s account may be placed in cookies saved on the Service Recipient’s device

  • Data collected when saving to the newsletter: e-mail address

VIII. Copyright

  • The owner of the Website and copyright to the Website is the Service Provider.
  • Part of the data posted on the Website is protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions and third parties, unrelated in any way with the Service Provider, and are used on the basis of obtained licenses, or based on a free license.
  • Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form and keep in search systems, excluding Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, Duckduckgo, Facebook and LinkedIn of any articles, descriptions, photos and all other content, graphic materials, video or audio on the website without written consent or consent provided by electronic communication by their legal owner.
  • Pursuant to the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright law, simple press information is not subject to, understood as the information themselves, without commentary and assessment of their author. The author understands this as the opportunity to use information from the texts posted on the website, But no longer copying all or part of the articles, unless it has been marked in individual material made available on the website.

IX. Amendments to the Regulations

  • All provisions of the Regulations may be changed unilaterally by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
  • Information on the amendment of the Regulations will be sent electronically to the Service Recipients registered on the Website.
  • In the event of amendment of the Regulations, its provisions will enter into force immediately after its publication for recipients who do not have an account on the Website.
  • In the event of amendment of the Regulations, its provisions enter into force with a 7-day transitional period for service recipients with accounts on the website registered by a change of regulations.
  • It is treated that every recipient, continuing the use of the website after changing the regulations, accepts him in full.

X. Final provisions
